I help organisations and individuals to address strategic and people focused challenges through coaching, facilitation, training and consultancy advice.

My facilitation work focuses on helping businesses and teams to develop strategies and plans and engage their people in strategic, creative and practical discussions. My training work centres on providing organisations with tailored programmes to improve client relationship building, trust, cultural awareness, influence, sales and public speaking skills. I coach bid teams who are at the presentation stage, to win high value pitches and I coach executives and managers to improve their performance.

With business experience on all continents, I bring to clients my leadership experience gained in senior sales and marketing roles with multinational companies and partnerships in a range of industries over twenty years.

I have an MBA from Henley Management College and a first degree in Economics, Politics and History from Manchester University.

I live in London with my wife, son and daughter.  I have a passion for music, politics, travel, cooking and getting into the local food of everywhere I go!

Lee White

I am a Registered Occupational Psychologist with over eighteen years experience as an organisational consultant. My focus is on the creative application of psychological research and techniques to help individuals, teams and organisations.

My expertise is in two main areas: the first is in assessment for selection - improving the accuracy and fairness of selection decisions - and development - helping individuals to improve their performance. The second area of expertise is in organisational change, supporting organisations as they develop and adapt to meet their strategic objectives.  

I have worked with clients in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. I have supported organisations across a number of different areas including implementing competency frameworks, assessments for selection and development and 360 degree feedback.

In addition to my consulting, I am also the Director of an on- and off-line retail business.

I have a first degree in Psychology from Plymouth University and Masters’ in Occupational Psychology and Research Methods from the University of Wales.

I live in Wales with my wife and two children.  As well as coaching junior rugby I am also a keen mountain biker and can be found roaming the hills and valleys of Wales when I am not working.

Jason Whiteley

I am an experienced consultant and an accomplished bid, transformation and solutions director having successfully led bid teams through the complexities of large high value outsourcing bids.  I have had extensive exposure to board level / command team level clients gained through bid negotiations.

I have a proven track record in owning, developing and delivering multi-service transformational solutions and accomplished at leading and developing complex commercial propositions for bid submissions that reflect strategic intent and deliver viable business cases.

I have also led the delivery of transformation programmes of bids won, and therefore understand the importance of submitting bids that are commercially viable, operationally deliverable and add value and innovation.

I have a first degree in International Marketing with Languages from Bournemouth and Düsseldorf Universities and have been trained in Lean, Six Sigma and Prince II methodologies.

I live in Richmond, South West London, and have a passion for rugby often attending Twickenham and the Stoop, to watch England and Harlequins. I love music and food.  I mentor under privileged / troubled teenagers as part of a Richmond Council scheme.

Emma Gersch

I am a corporate trainer with a background in theatre directing and actor training.

I create bespoke training programs using actors in role-play, across a wide variety of sectors. My areas of expertise are in positive communication, relationship building, and interpersonal behavior.

My recent clients include: Interview training for TripAdvisor (UK and Boston), E-Bookers and Holiday Lettings; Interpersonal skills training for Lloyds TSB, Global Mediation and Conflict Masters; Communication skills training for the NHS, trainee Psychologists, social workers and mental health professionals, and large-scale trauma simulations for the British Red Cross.

I am also Artistic Director for Moving Stories Theatre Company, where I regularly direct productions, and am Senior Tutor in Acting at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. My training approach has been described by past delegates as ‘engaging, empowering, warm and dynamic’.

I live in London with my husband and son.  When I am not directing actors and facilitating training, I love to visit the theatre and see performing arts more generally.

Chris Scoble

I bring to my clients a practical background in business development, an analytical approach to setting strategic direction and a genuine enthusiasm to maximise potential through training and coaching.

I spent over twenty years working for the international arm of a major bank with front-line business development experience building from scratch a portfolio of international corporate clients, as well as running a team of investment sales executives operating out of multiple overseas locations. I also worked at senior level for major international law firms, driving all marketing and business development activities across those firms’ European offices.

I draw on this experience to bring practical and measurable solutions to the challenges of developing business in the professional services field, with particular focus on developing the front-line interpersonal skills required to achieve success.

I obtained a degree from Cambridge University in Modern Languages and am fluent in French, Spanish and Italian, and regularly deliver coaching and training sessions in each of those languages.

I live in London with my Italian wife, and spend a lot of my spare time in the vain attempt to maintain the fitness levels of my youth!
